Kathy enjoys the challenge of motivating her team to provide an un-rivalled service for our Intermediaries. Since 2003 she has established and retained a portfolio of key clients. Described by colleagues as a potential stand-in ‘aide’ on ‘The Apprentice’.

Nicole joined The Cambridge in 2016. She returned to the Intermediary team in November 2022 having previously spent three years working as a broker. In her spare time, she loves shopping and holidaying in the sun.

Nick joined The Cambridge in 2014 and has over 25 years experience in financial services. This includes mortgage and financial adviser roles, along with team and relationship management positions. In his spare time Nick enjoys the gym and a round of golf.

Joban joined The Cambridge in 2021, previously working in our branch network and Mortgage Retention teams. He was promoted to the Intermediary Team in July 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys the gym whilst being a passionate cricket and football fan.

Finlay joined The Cambridge in 2020, previously working in our Mortgage Applications team. He was promoted to the Intermediary Team in October 2024 and is looking forward to completing his Ce-Map. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and watching F1. 

Harry has been with The Cambridge since July 2023 starting in our branch network, he was promoted to the Intermediary Team in June 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and spending time with his family and friends. 

Harvey has been at The Cambridge since April 2023, starting in our branch network, he was promoted to the Intermediary Team in June 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym, watching football and planning his upcoming wedding.

Evie joined The Cambridge in 2020, gaining experience in our Branch, Mortgage Administration, and Mortgage Applications teams. In September 2025, Evie joined the Intermediary Team and is currently working towards her CeMAP qualification. Outside of work, she loves staying active at the gym.
