Further Advances on our Online Intermediary Portal

We are pleased to advise you that you now have the facility to process a Further Advance through your Online Intermediary Portal. 

The great news is that, in most cases* the required legal work is completed by the Society and a full procuration fee is payable to you.

Further Advances can be considered for a variety of purposes, including:

• Capital raising
• Home improvements
• Debt consolidation
• Purchase of additional property
