We've launched Limited Company Buy To Let

We're delighted to announce that we are now able to offer you a Limited Company Buy to Let proposition to complement our current Buy to Let range which includes Holiday Let and Expatriate Lending.
The Limited Company proposition encompasses Portfolio Landlords, and we don't have a limit on the number of properties held in the background portfolio.
A total of 10 properties can be held directly with us or a maximum value of £4 million.
Directors Guarantees will be taken against each mortgaged property and independent legal advice will be required.
With potential borrowing of up to 80% of a property’s value, up to 4 applicants and a maximum loan size of £1,000,000 we will be launching with three different 5 year fixed rate products which are stressed at payrate with an income coverage ratio of 125%.
